Game Jersey & Warm.up Fitting times complete for the season

KYHA Families,
 

As you prepare for tryouts and the upcoming season, please take time to try your child’s jersey on with proper gear, to ensure accurate fit. It may be time to order new jerseys and team warm-ups due to growth or first time play with the Stars. Dates are limited and drop-ins for an individual fitting will not be scheduled this season.
 

Jerseys will be purchased through Total Hockey.  The price for the two game jerseys will be $146 for a Senior set, and $142 for a youth set. The price includes nameplates on each jersey.  The price for the two sock sets will be $20. Cash, check and credit card are accepted (checks should be made out to Total Hockey). 
 

Squirt – Bantam: All players registered as 10U with a 2003 birth year through Bantam with a 1998 birth year are required to wear official Stars Game Jerseys.
 

MTAA: Players selected for the MTAA 8U team will be required to wear official Stars Game Jerseys. It is recommended that any player trying out for the MTAA team to place an order for jerseys. We will only complete the order for those players who make the team. 

If you are registered for the Mite Red/White/Blue program, the Mini-Mite Program, or Learn-to-Play program – separate instructions will be provided directly to your group regarding jerseys and uniforms.

 Jersey Numbers
 

As in the past, we will issue jersey numbers to players as follows: Odd birth year players will receive odd #'s and even birth years will receive even #'s. Example: A player born in 2000 cannot have #99.  Prior to ordering, the Equipment Director must approve all player number assignments. Number assignments are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Players ordering their first jersey will have priority for any number that is not already claimed.
 

Team Warm-ups
 

The Kewl warm-up is the official KYHA warm-up and the preferred or required off-ice uniforms for our travel teams. Warm-ups will be available to try on and should be ordered at the same time as jersey sets. The price for a warm-up set will be $80 for a Senior set, and $78 for a youth set, and includes embroidery. Cash, check and credit card are accepted (checks should be made out to Total Hockey). 
 

 Dates:
 

All fitting dates will be located in the lobby of Kirkwood Ice Rink. The following dates are scheduled for your convenience:

·         Sunday, August 19^th from 10:00am – 12:30pm

·         Saturday, August 25^th from 9:30am – 1:30pm

·         Saturday, September 8^th from 10:00am – 12:30pm

During these dates and times, players can order:

·         Home and away game jerseys and socks

·         Team warm-ups

·         Sizing for the optional “third jersey” or red uniforms that will debut this year

Please bring your shoulder pads or goalie chest protector to ensure proper fit. 

 

Spirit Wear Sales:
 

There also will be opportunities to purchase spirit wear items during the tryout days at the rink. Items will include:  

·         Sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, and more.
